One strong leader can transform the experience of a team. One who gets it wrong can undo the work of an entire culture programme. Think about two teams working in the same organisation. They have the same company values, the same policies and the same leadership messages. Yet one team communicates openly, supports each other and feels genuinely connected. The other struggles with silos, poor communication and a lack of trust. How can two teams have such different experiences?
