Inspiring Change Becomes Denison Global Partner


We’re excited to announce that Inspiring Change has been named a Denison Global Partner.

We don’t believe that a great culture is just about creating a nice place to work or a lovely environment for employees – it’s about creating the conditions for organisations AND their people to be successful.

But it’s been historically hard to measure – and if you can’t measure something, you don’t know where you’re starting from, or what you have to do to get to where you’re going.

The Denison Organizational Culture Survey (DOCS) - an online survey sent to everyone in an organisation - addresses that by putting a quantitative measure on where your culture is today. Based on 30 years of research it looks at 48 levers of clear and aligned cultures (across 12 indexes) helping organisations to see where they’re cultures are strong, and, more so, where they need to focus to make them stronger. And it’s benchmarked against the results from 1,000 other organisations around the world, so you see your results in the context of other orgs on this journey

Both Scott and Sinéad are certified in using the DOCS framework and methodology to measure our clients’ cultures today and then work with those clients to improve their cultures in the areas that will have the greatest impact on their business goals and objectives.

We’ve already rolled it out to a large health insurance organisation, a National sporting body and a medium size software company, all of which are using the insights to drive conversations and actions to strengthen their cultures.
