Cultures of Respect
We wanted to find out what it was that made people want to join and then stay with organisations.
So we asked 1,000 people what they thought. What we heard loud and clear is that, after pay and benefits, the most important thing people look for at work is respect. The intial results are below - you can download a PDF here
