Welcome to the fifth episode of Face Forward. In this episode I talk to Feargal Quinn, a former Irish Senator and founder of the supermaket chain Superquinn.
Feargal was one of the first in Ireland to champion the idea of customer service as a strong differentiator and foundation for business. His TV series 'Feargal Quinn's Retail Therapy' and his 1992 book, 'Crowning the Customer' highlighted the importance of a strong customer service ethos in retail. 'Crowning the Customer' has sold more than 50,000 copies, and has been translated into a host of languages.
