Welcome to the Inspiring Change Podcast.

   

We wanted to create a platform through which we could talk to leaders about their views on internal communications, employee engagement, change and the role of leaders.  And we wanted to be able to share those insights and stories with others who may be interested in hearing those views - so this podcast was born.

Hosted by Scott McInnes, we've spoken to leaders from Ireland and further afield across sectors from non-profit to sport to financial services to tech.
