It’s no secret that we’re time poor, swamped with messages and busier than ever – we’re expected to do more, with less, more quickly. There are also five generations in the workforce, each with different needs and wants; in an environment that’s changing faster than ever before.
So, we need to rethink HOW we communicate with those audiences to land messages in the most impactful way. That’s about more than just the words we use – it’s about tone, approach and the channels through which those words are delivered.
It's about considering how we can communicate more rationally AND emotionally.
This course will consider all of that and look at the positive impact of communications being more engaging, human, creative, brief, informative and clear. It's hands-on, interactive day at which attendees will learn and then apply what they've learnt.
It's much more than just a 'business writing' course.
We work with small groups
We've limited this course to maximum of 12 attendees to ensure that everyone has chance to share their work, their experiences and their ideas.
